Like D Thomas said, the Series 1 machines are worth more money, with Series II's bringing in surprisingly little (usually in the neighborhood of 3 or 4 grand), and are often thoroughly beaten - one does not buy a $40K dollar manual mill(I'm not kidding, that's what they went for circa 1994) to do light work.
