Hi Y'all, I bought a Bridgeport 100 series mill with a 2J2 variable speed head several months ago. I had the 3 phase 1.5 HP. motor rewound. The mill runs fine when the variable speed head is in about the middle of the speed range, but at the high end of the speed range, in either the high or low speed setting, the spindle seems to be slipping.
